Who is responsible?
This website belongs to WeFix Auto's, with branches in Antwerp/Merksem and Brasschaat. For questions about your data, write to info@wefixautos.be or contact the branch you were in touch with.

The forms on this website
When you send a form (a question, a quote, used tyres or a job application), this website's server sends your answers through an e-mail service as an e-mail to the branch you chose, or to our general address. The website itself does not store your answers and does not write them to log files.
Until you click send, what you fill in stays in your own browser. To limit abuse, the server briefly counts how many requests come from one connection, without storing your IP address itself.
What happens to your e-mail
Your request arrives as an e-mail in the mailbox of the branch you chose, or at our general address if you did not choose a branch. The form shows which address that is before you send. If you gave your e-mail address, the branch can reply to you directly.

Google Maps and links to Google
On the home page and on the pages of our branches you can load a Google Maps map. As long as you do not click ‘Load map’, this website does not connect to Google. If you load the map, Google receives your IP address, among other things, and may set cookies. Google itself is responsible for that, under Google's privacy policy (opens in a new tab).
‘Directions from my location’, ‘Open in Google Maps’ and the links to write a review open Google Maps in a new tab. This website itself does not request your location.
Hosting
To deliver the pages to your browser, the server of our hosting provider receives technical data, such as your IP address and the time of your visit.

Your rights
You can ask us which data we hold about you, and have it corrected or erased. You can also object to its use, have its use restricted, or request your data in order to pass it on to someone else. Send your request to info@wefixautos.be.
Not satisfied with how we handle your data? You can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
